FAQs

What are your Site opening dates?

The site is open all year round.

What are your Booking Arrangements?

Bookings can now be made via our booking form. Advance booking is essential particularly for weekends and  bank holidays. At time of booking full contact details and a deposit will be required.

How do I pay for my booking?

Full Payment and Deposits can be made via bank transfer into Account No: 63325717 Sort Code: 20-18-54  or cheque payable to Waungadog Farm. Balances must be paid in cash at Reception.

Do you allow children?

Sorry we are an adult only site.

What is the latest I can first arrive to my seasonal pitch?

Our latest arrival time is 9.00pm. If you are unexpectedly delayed during travelling then please call us to let us know.

 Where are the nearest grocery shops?

There is a Cooperative supermarket just a short drive from the site or you can take a 10 minute walk through a direct lane to the supermarket.

Where is the nearest cash machine?

The Cooperative has an external cash machine which is free to use and is available 24/7.

Are you within walking distance of a pub?

Kidwelly has several pubs within walking distance from the site.

Do you accept dogs on the site?

Yes, we are pleased to welcome well behaved dogs. We ask that dogs are kept on a short lead while on the site. There is a bridal path that runs along the farm which is ideal for dog walks. We know that dogs leave deposits and so we ask that owners clean up and dispose in the nearest bin.

How much do you charge for your showers?

Nothing at all. All of our washroom facilities are complementary with your booking.

Can we have visitors to the site?

Day visitors are allowed up to a maximum of 2 people and must vacate the site by 10.30pm. Visitors are by prior arrangement and must report to the site office prior to entering the site. During the covid period we reserve the right to deny any additional visitors.

Do all your pitches have electric hook-up?

All of our hard-standing pitches have electric hook-up availability.  We have limited numbers of grass pitches with electric hook-up.

What will I need to connect to your electric hook-up?

You will need to bring your own electric hook-up lead these are available from reputable camping outlets.

Do you allow BBQ’s / Fire-pits / Open Fires?

BBQ’s are allowed as long as they are raised off the grass and are supervised until fully cool. We ask that the ash is properly disposed when fully cold so there is no risk of re-ignition in the nearest bin. Sorry due to the fire risk we do not allow fire-pits and open fires on the site.

How many people can occupy the seasonal pitch?

Seasonal pitches are based upon a maximum of 2 person occupying the pitch at any one time and is strictly for caravan/motorhome owners and immediate family members only. Additional family members can be added for the season at an additional fee.
